Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Entry to the festival village is free; some activities may be paid. Payment is made securely online.
Tickets and access
The ticket (or booking confirmation) is personal and must be presented at the entrance. Unauthorised resale is prohibited.
Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (art. L221-28), leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Cancellation and refunds
Admission to the festival is free and no payment is collected through this site, so no refund policy applies. If the festival or its programme is cancelled or changed, the information will be published on the site and registered attendees will be notified by e-mail.
